The following policy will be adhered to by this company and its chauffeurs:
Privacy partition remains down
Alcohol will not be allowed if anyone is under 21 years of age while in our vehicles.
Alcohol use will not be allowed by anyone under 21 years of age while in our vehicles.
Alcohol will not be transported for anyone under 21 years of age.
Illegal drugs will not be permitted at any age.
Use of tobacco products by persons under 18 is prohibited.
(No Smoking policies are customary throughout our Industry)
If this policy is violated by the occupants, they will be returned immediately to the location
where service originated. Parents will be notified.
The customer will be advised of this policy when contracting for the limousine service.

Cleanliness is something we take very seriously. Our prom limos are guaranteed to arrive spotless, both inside and out so you arrive in style. We are professional, courteous and will meet your rigorous standards. Price should not be the only factor in your search. Much like renting a hotel, different price points often mean different service levels. We have the right vehicle for you and we make it easy to instantly find prom pricing and availability for luxury sedans, stretch limousines, passenger vans, shuttle/mini buses, party buses, and motor coaches. Popular prom limos include the Mercedes Sprinter Limo and the Limo Party Buses. Splitting up the limo price can get you a bigger and better limo for the same price per person or less. If a tricked-out Limo Party Bus costs $1485 but can seat up to 36 people, split up the cost and each person pays just $41! Know before you go
Unless your last name is Diddy, it's not every day that you arrive at an event in a limousine. Getting the right prom limo often depends on the number of people, number of hours you'll need and how far you're going. We specialize in prom service to deliver the best possible experience. The more details you can provide, the better the value and service you'll receive. We wold appreciate all your trip details to get you the most accurate quote.
Get the right ride
Ensure the vehicle you're getting has the space, features and look for your big prom party. Try to book a vehicle that has room for at least one to two more people than are in your party. Some companies provide music (radio or satellite radio) or can take your iPod. We have provided actual pictures of our vehicles in the fleet pages of this site. Our reservations staff are available to answer any questions you may have prior to your trip.
Get the whole price
Always make sure you are checking prices apples-to-apples between limo services. Each limousine company will generally have their own unique pricing policies. Most companies offer services priced by the hour - but many offer all-inclusive packages for a set number of hours, which is a great prom option (more on this below). If you go hourly, pay attention to "add on's" like fuel surcharges or other services fees not included in the base price. FYI, it is customary to tip drivers 18-20% of the base price. Packages, Packages, Packages
A package is often the best choice for proms. Packages will generally provide a set number of hours, in a vehicle that fits your party size and event for a fixed, all-inclusive price. Some companies offer packages for every type of service and most give substantial "bulk rate" price breaks. We have listed our 6 hour Prom Packages with all inclusive pricing. Reserve early - don't miss your ride
Start searching well before you need your limo. It's best to book your prom limo a few months in advance. In general, it is best to start looking at least 6-8 weeks before your event. And, it's generally a good idea to contact your limo service provider a week before the event, just to ensure everything is confirmed. Richmond Limousine allows you to get quotes and reserve limo rides well in advance and we can also show you what's available in your area if you, uh, are a little behind.
Safety first
The most important thing to consider when booking a limo is safety for yourself and your party. Legitimate limo companies need to be registered with their state (US only), have the proper levels of insurance and be properly licensed. Never book a limo with a company that can't promptly show you their licensing and insurance credentials - don't take chances. Celebrate responsibly
Make sure your group of friends is responsible while in the limo. You're a good person, but if there are a lot of people in your limo and one person breaks something expensive, smokes, or worse in your limo, then the person who used their card to rent the limo will be charged. Don't even think about bringing illegal substances in your prom limo. Don't risk getting your special night cancelled early.
